Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept Interact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship abroad, however delivery time and shipping costs may be affected on orders outside of North America.

How long will my order take to be shipped?
Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated directly to you.

How long does shipping take?
It is estimated that shipping will take anywhere from 2–22 business days excluding processing time, depending on your location. Note: Some International packages are experiencing processing and delivery delays due to limited airline transportation and additional safety precautions due to COVID-19.

Which shipping couriers do you use?
We typically use Canada Post or USPS for shipping our orders, however,  alternative couriers may be used for certain international orders.

How do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will either be sent to you via order confirmation email or through an external message to the email address/contact method provided to us.

Does The Shadow Box grid light up electronically?
No! And let us tell you why. At The Shadow Box Co, we believe in building better boxers. Our intent with The Shadow Box Grid was to improve technical skills and develop people’s confidence, creativity and efficiency in training, in order to directly translate into competitive situations. Because of this, we decided that a tool which challenges the user to create scenarios, combos, and patterns THEMSELVES, better serves our goal and vision. Certain reactionary-based tools do not require the boxer to think through and visualize boxing situations, ultimately solidifying our decision. We also feel Shadowboxing training should be affordable and accessible and used in a variety of settings and locations, an electronic unit would limit both of these aspects. However, this doesn’t mean a reaction-based tool may not be up our sleeve for the future… 😉
